Feedback really helps to inform the activities we deliver, we have recently launched two new forms to be able to gather young carer and young adult carer feedback. 

 

Our Group and Activity Evaluation form can be used to take part in any group or activity you attend, this can be found here. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. 

 

The Recover and Reconnect Project information form is for senior young carers (12-18) in Stratford District. We have some funding to deliver activities to senior group young carers in Stratford District, these sessions will have a maximum of 8 young carers present, they will happen in different areas across Stratford District. The sessions will be based around wellbeing based activities such as sports, games arts and crafts. 

We had some of these sessions scheduled in October half term but did not have many young carers book on to the sessions, we understand it has been a long time since many of you have met face to face and there may be many anxieties or barriers to returning. 

If you didn't book to come along it would be great to understand why as we are rescheduling the sessions and want to deliver them in a way that works best for the majority of young carers, your feedback helps us to do this.
